Every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 3-6 business days.
  • During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, production may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

After production, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3-7 business days

Delivery estimates begin once your package has been shipped and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and items ordered.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced at different facilities. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages that need to be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears to be delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

If you need additional assistance, contact us and we'll gladly help investigate the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or another appropriate solution.
